Submissions

1. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

1.1. Submissions must be original and unpublished (never previously published) and must not be under simultaneous review by another journal or publication.

1.2. Articles must present a scientific character, demonstrating methodological rigor and academic relevance.

1.3. Articles may be submitted in the following languages: Portuguese, Spanish, English, French, and Italian.

1.4. Submission of articles requires, at minimum, the participation of an author who is a PhD candidate.
a) PhD candidates may submit articles individually.
b) Master’s students may only submit articles in co-authorship with at least one PhD candidate.
c) Undergraduate students may only submit articles in co-authorship with at least one PhD candidate.
d) A maximum of two authors per article is permitted.

2. INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUTHORS

2.1. File format

2.1.1. Full articles must be submitted exclusively in .doc or .docx formats.
2.1.2. Submissions in PDF format will be automatically rejected.

2.2. Article length

2.2.1. Articles must be between 15 and 25 pages, including all elements of the text (pre-textual, textual, and post-textual elements).

2.3. Article structure

2.3.1. The article must include:

• Title (centered at the top of the page, in lowercase, Garamond, size 12, bold);
• Author(s) name(s), qualification (institutional affiliation and academic status), and email address provided in a footnote;
• Table of contents (not an index);
• Abstract;
• Keywords (three to five, separated by semicolons);
• Final considerations (conclusion);
• References.

2.3.2. The abstract must contain 200 to 400 words, with single spacing (1.0).

2.4. Text formatting

2.4.1. Paragraphs must use 1.5 line spacing.
2.4.2. Footnotes must be in Garamond, size 10.
2.4.3. Document margins:

• Top: 2.5 cm
• Bottom: 2.5 cm
• Left: 3 cm
• Right: 3 cm

2.4.4. The text must be justified, with a first-line indentation of 1.25 cm.
2.4.5. Paper size must be A4.

2.5. Language and required elements

2.5.1. Articles may be written in Portuguese, Spanish, French, Italian, or English.
2.5.2. In all cases, the following must be provided both in the language of the article and in English:

• Title
• Abstract
• Keywords

2.6. References and citations

2.6.1. References must comply with the following standards:

• NBR 6023/2018 (ABNT)
• NP 405 (Portuguese standard)
• ISO 690/2021

2.6.2. Preference is given to articles that use full references in footnotes at the bottom of each page.

2.6.3. The bibliography must appear at the end of the article, organized in alphabetical order.

2.7. Restrictions

2.7.1. The following are not permitted in the main body of the text:

• Images
• Graphs
• Underlining or similar elements

3. FINAL PROVISIONS

3.1. Failure to comply with any of the rules set forth in this call may result in rejection of the submission.

3.2. Any omitted cases will be resolved by the editorial board.
