Constitutional judges, politics and judicial deference

When the constitutional jury impersonates through its sentences a certain ideology, in detriment of others that are legitimately battling democratic democracy, it does not ignore the essential differences between Politics and Derecho, a bell that compromises the competences of Parliament and, finally , the political autonomy of society. In the face of it, the doctrine of judicial deference in the limits of jurisprudence and constitutional doctrine as tools of solution in the face of political problems and the importance of preserving the proper and distinctive function of the Constitutional Derecho.
