THE URGENCY OF IMPROVING PROCEDURES FOR THE ENFORCEMENT OF TRANSNATIONAL CHILD SUPPORT IN LIGHT OF THE PERSPECTIVE OF MANAGING THE SCARCITY OF CHILD SUPPORT GUARANTEE FUNDS

This research aims to analyze the importance and challenges arising from the effective implementation and reversal procedure of transactional foods in the face of the emergency management of Food Guarantee Funds mainly with the application of the parameters of Regulation (EC) No. 883/2004 of the European Parliament in the face of the dilemma of the management of scarcity within the scope of sources and resources of social support. The number of non-compliances relating to the regulation of parental responsibilities, especially in the food area, has increased exponentially, mainly due to the current severe economic crisis, and also as a result of the State's inability to implement the Original Debtor's Obligation. Regarding the methodological procedure, the deductive method and a qualitative and tactical research will be adopted, the research is characterized by being a bibliographic and documentary investigation and aims to present and discuss the problem analyzed. It is essential to highlight that the lack of effectiveness that involves the execution of alimony and measures to ensure effective procedural and minimum procedural integration between systems makes the integrative protection network of economic support to children urgent, which makes it urgent to implement a satisfactory harmonization commitment.Referências
