Succession and Law From Ancient Rome To The Present: Collationes

Resumo

SUMARIO: El objetivo principal de este trabajo es el de realizar un breve estudio acerca de la institución de la colación, su fundamento, naturaleza y su evolución a lo largo de la historia y la de nuestro sistema jurídico. Para ello, analizaremos los orígenes y la evolución de la estructura familiar, los precedentes históricos de nuestro derecho castellano. Para todo ello realizaremos un recorrido desde el origen romanista de la collatio hasta su regulación actual en nuestro Código Civil.

ABSTRACT: The main objective of this work is to carry out a brief study about the institution of collatio, its foundation, nature and its evolution throughout history and that of our legal system. To do this, we will analyze the origins and evolution of the family structure, the historical precedents of our Castilian law. For all this we will take a tour from the Romanesque origin of the collatio to its current regulation in our Civil Code.
