Abstract

Abstract: This article seeks to understand how the regulatory sandbox can contribute to the experimentation of self-regulation models, in order to accommodate new contours to legal services arising from the use of digital technologies in Brazil.
To this end, it begins by analyzing characteristics of the liberalization of legal services, in order to learn about some foreign experiences of liberalization of legal services and conditions for its application in Brazil. Then, the structuring elements of a regulatory sandbox are examined, in order to, in the end, propose a regulatory sandbox model intended to standardize, through the self-regulatory structure, the experiences of liberalization of legal services and in conditions to promote the interconnection between Brazil and other countries.
