Abstract

Abstract: This article deals with the sharing of real estate by applications, seeking to discuss thelegality of the issue in question, presenting solutions and aiming at resolving disputes. With that, we intend to explore the new virtual rental platform, observing with the trinomial: healthiness, secutity and quitness, reflecting on the perspectives of the mutability that this cause brings in the current Society, and the benefits broght by this. In addition, it will be proposed the standardization of the theme, demonstrating that such action will be essential for the perpetuation and development of this new form of location. Na exploratory research was conducted, based on the bibliographic survey, regarding the Tenancy Agreement and Tenancy Law, as well as acquiring grounding through real estate magazines and catalogs. In addition, the inductive method was used, starting from the analysis of concrete situations of the use of this tool by Society, consequently, the expasion of technology in the current world. After this study, it was found that there is na increase in the location of applications by wayof exacerbation, since Society uses technology to perform the proper professional activities and issuesrelated to social welfare. It is concluded that the sharing of property by digital platforms has been developing and improving, providing benefits to Society, encompassing flexbility convenience and cost benefit.
